I didn't dig this one as much as the previous book, which was #3 in this series. But I still had a good time. Luther trying to get Grace to leave every other scene got a bit tiring and even though he's the hero and supposedly a bad ass alpha, he is constantly letting people get the drop on him. Grace doesn't need Luther, she saved herself every time. But I was a bit bothered by his lack of saving the day, so -1 star.

I think I've officially run out of Arcane Society books, though. I'm not real interested in the historicals and the spin-off series don't really sound that interesting. Which is a shame, because I was totally digging these kickass alpha-heroines. But Krentz has a shitload of books, so I'm sure I can find something satisfactory.
