I'm kinda confused about this one because it was totally unnecessary, but still enjoyable. I liked the characters, same as last time. But it felt like we were just rehashing everything that happened in the end of the previous book. Frank is after Em, Cormac wants to save the day but can't, Em is freaked out and scared, the guys at the gym are horn dogs, etc. It's the same stuff as before. But I liked that stuff in the first book, so I liked it in the second, as well. The trial drama and Frank's craziness was probably the best part. Definitely this book's saving grace.
