In Seconds
This is the second Brenda Novak novel I've DNF'd tonight due to a shitty female lead character. I think I'm just going to give up on this author entirely. I enjoyed her Whiskey Creek novella, When We Touch, but apparently a full length novel gives Novak too much time to show us how horrible her characters are.
